About
Hi, I’m Gabrielle Tardif – a certified project manager and facilitator who believes that awareness and empathy are the foundations of meaningful collaboration.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across public, private, and community sectors, leading projects and partnerships that connect people, ideas, and purpose. My experience spans inclusion, entrepreneurship, and social innovation – always with the goal of making systems more human and accessible.
I’m also the proud mother of two neurodivergent children. That journey has shaped how I understand leadership and teamwork. It’s taught me patience, adaptability, and the importance of listening – lessons I bring into every professional setting.
Today, I focus on helping organizations and teams work together with greater clarity, empathy, and intention. Whether in project delivery, community engagement, or strategy facilitation, I believe the most sustainable results come from environments where people feel seen, supported, and understood.
